Loop spent years watching customers buy Quiet and Switch for sleep and then complain about ear pressure. Dream is the direct answer: Loop's first earplug engineered from scratch for lying on your side, with an oval acoustic channel Loop says targets low-frequency sound, like snoring and traffic rumble, more precisely than its general-purpose plugs.
That focus earned real recognition. The National Sleep Foundation gave Loop Dream its 2024 SleepTech Award for Sleep Health & Wellness. The outside coverage backs it up: CNN Underscored's reviewer, testing specifically as a side sleeper, said the earplugs "nestle perfectly inside" the ear and that they "didn't even feel" them through the night. PureWow's reviewer reported they're "comfortable to wear (even when sleeping on your side)" and that "once they're in place, these babies don't budge."
The kit itself is more thought-through than a typical earplug purchase. Each set comes with two different tip styles, a soft foam-silicone tip and a firmer double tip, each in four sizes, so you can test which shape actually holds through a full night on your side. It's also, by review count, Loop's most-reviewed earplug: over 12,600 ratings, more than any other model in the current lineup, despite launching most recently. The tradeoff is price. At $69.95 it's a real step up from Quiet 2. If you only ever wear earplugs at night and side-sleeping comfort is the deciding factor, this is the model Loop itself designed for that exact job.
